Why This Programme Exists

What Makes This Different

No other programme in this commissioning space combines trauma-informed practice, chronic illness support, and structured employment delivery in a single design. Most programmes fail this population. Here is exactly why this one will not.

Therapy helps women understand why they are stuck. It does not give them empowerment. The women TRIUMPH RECLAIM serves have often already done the therapeutic work. They have the insight, the self-awareness, the language for what happened to them. What they do not yet have is a programme precise enough, long enough, and human enough to take that understanding and turn it into a life they can actually sustain.

TRIUMPH RECLAIM was not adapted from existing provision. It was built from the ground up for this population, by practitioners who have lived versions of this journey themselves, grounded in a convergent body of evidence from trauma science, employment support research, and public health policy.

Seven sequential phases each create the condition the next phase requires. The programme cannot be shortened without compromising outcome integrity. That is not a programme preference. It is an evidential position.

On the other side of 26 weeks, she is not the same woman who walked in. She knows it. And so do the people around her.

The Seven Phases of RECLAIM

The Architecture of Lasting Change

R

Readiness

Psychological safety and trauma-informed assessment

E

Empowerment

Identity, narrative, and self-understanding

C

Capacity

Energy management and sustainable foundations

L

Launch

Skills development and employment planning

A

Action

Supported job searching and employer engagement

I

Integration

In-work support and workplace navigation

M

Mastery

Self-direction, future planning, sustained achievement

Each phase creates the condition the next phase requires. The sequence is not arbitrary. It is the architecture of genuine, lasting change.

For Commissioners

Everything you need for due diligence. Ready now.

A complete governance suite, a transparent cost model, and a programme ready to deliver from day one.

Phase specifications, outcomes framework, theory of change, and cost analysis. All available at the scoping call.

Cohort places are capped at twelve. Early conversations secure priority placement.

For Referral Partners

Know who to refer, and how.

Clear eligibility criteria, a safe and supported referral process, and a programme your clients will not fall through.

Your client will be held carefully from the very first session.

For Participants

You are in the right place. You always were.

This programme was built for women who have been let down by provision that was never designed for them. TRIUMPH RECLAIM is different.

Every phase. Every session. Designed around what you actually need.

Grounded in Research

What the Evidence Says

When safety comes first, everything else becomes possible.

"Trauma disrupts goal-directed behaviour. Employment interventions that do not first address physiological safety produce short-lived or no outcomes."

NHS Talking Therapies, 2022

When safety comes first, everything else becomes possible.

"Women with chronic conditions are 2.3 times more likely to exit the labour market permanently following a health event."

IPPR, 2024

Permanent exit is not inevitable. It is the result of insufficient support.

"Employment outcomes for people with complex health and trauma histories improve significantly with relational continuity."

Lemos and Crane, 2023

The same practitioners, present throughout. That is not a preference. It is what the evidence requires.

"Programmes including in-work support for a minimum of 12 weeks post-placement achieve significantly higher 26-week sustainability rates."

Centre for Mental Health, 2022

Support that stays. The programme does not end at job entry. It ends at mastery.

"I did not build this programme because I studied trauma. I built it because I lived it, and found a way through."

The Programme Directors

Two Directors. Two Specialisms. One Complete Programme.

Victoria Taylor

Trauma Specialism

Psychological safety, nervous system regulation, identity reconstruction, and clinical governance. Victoria holds the trauma strand of the programme from Phase R through to Mastery.

Stephanie Brown MSc

Chronic Illness Specialism

Energy management, workplace sustainability, employment systems, and quality assurance. Stephanie holds the chronic illness and vocational strand from Phase C through to sustained employment.

Victoria and Stephanie are equal Co-Creators of TRIUMPH RECLAIM and Programme Directors of Mindset + Mastery. The programme works because both specialisms are present in every decision. A trauma-informed programme that does not understand fluctuating capacity fails this population. A chronic illness programme that does not address the nervous system fails this population. Victoria holds the trauma strand. Stephanie holds the chronic illness strand. Together they hold the whole person. That is what no other programme does. Neither is supporting the other. Both are essential.

There is no other programme doing this.

Not in this way. Not for this population. Not with this evidence base, this governance, and these practitioners behind it. The first step takes sixty seconds. Every day without this programme is another day she waits.
