Common questions before getting in touch

Do I need to have funding secured before making a commissioner enquiry? +
No. Many of our most productive early conversations happen before funding is in place. We can help you understand the cost model, identify which funding streams may be applicable, and shape a business case for internal approval. The scoping call is designed for exactly this stage of the conversation.
Can I refer a woman who is not currently engaging with any other services? +
Yes. Women do not need to be in active support elsewhere to be referred. TRIUMPH RECLAIM is designed to work as a standalone programme. Where other services are involved, we co-ordinate with consent. Where they are not, we become the consistent point of support.
What is the minimum and maximum cohort size? +
Each TRIUMPH RECLAIM cohort operates with between eight and twelve participants. This size is not arbitrary. It is designed to create a genuine group dynamic while allowing each woman to receive meaningful individual attention. We will not increase cohort size to hit a volume target at the expense of programme quality.
Is the programme delivered in person, virtually, or both? +
Group sessions are delivered in person at a venue agreed with the commissioner, with a virtual option available for individual sessions and for participants who need it due to health or accessibility reasons. Virtual attendance counts as full attendance for all reporting purposes. Hybrid delivery has been considered in the programme design from the outset.
What geographic areas do you deliver in? +
We are currently delivering within a defined geography to be agreed with commissioning partners. If you are outside our current delivery footprint, we encourage you to make contact. We are actively extending our reach through trained practitioner partnerships.
We have an urgent referral. How quickly can the programme begin? +
Individual referrals are screened within 48 hours of receipt. Programme start dates are cohort based, not individual. If a woman is referred when the current cohort is full, she is placed on the Screened Reserve list and provisionally accepted for the next available cohort. She receives a welcome call and information pack so that when her cohort begins she is ready and connected. We do not leave referred women in limbo.
