Trauma-Informed Employment Support Programme
A trauma-informed employment support programme for women whose chronic health conditions, trauma histories, or both have placed them outside the labour market.
Seven sequential phases take participants from psychological safety through to sustained, self-directed employment. The programme has the evidence, the governance, and the people behind it to deliver on that.

Why This Programme Exists
Most programmes fail this population. Here is exactly why this one will not.
Therapy helps women understand why they are stuck. It does not give them empowerment. The women TRIUMPH RECLAIM serves have often already done the therapeutic work. They have the insight, the self-awareness, the language for what happened to them. What they do not yet have is a programme precise enough, long enough, and human enough to take that understanding and turn it into a life they can actually sustain.
TRIUMPH RECLAIM was not adapted from existing provision. It was built from the ground up for this population, by practitioners who have lived versions of this journey themselves, grounded in a convergent body of evidence from trauma science, employment support research, and public health policy.
Seven sequential phases each create the condition the next phase requires. The programme cannot be shortened without compromising outcome integrity. That is not a programme preference. It is an evidential position.
On the other side of 26 weeks, she is not the same woman who walked in. She knows it. And so do the people around her.

When safety comes first, everything else becomes possible.
"Trauma disrupts goal-directed behaviour. Employment interventions that do not first address physiological safety produce short-lived or no outcomes."
NHS Talking Therapies, 2022
Permanent exit is not inevitable. It is the result of insufficient support.
"Women with chronic conditions are 2.3 times more likely to exit the labour market permanently following a health event."
IPPR, 2024
Permanent exit is not inevitable. It is the result of insufficient support.
"Employment outcomes for people with complex health and trauma histories improve significantly with relational continuity."
Lemos and Crane, 2023
The same practitioners, present throughout. That is not a preference. It is what the evidence requires.
"Programmes including in-work support for a minimum of 12 weeks post-placement achieve significantly higher 26-week sustainability rates."
Centre for Mental Health, 2022
Support that stays. The programme does not end at job entry. It ends at mastery.
