The Certification

Not a training course. A professional certification. The TRIUMPH RECLAIM Facilitator Certification qualifies you to deliver TRIUMPH RECLAIM as a licensed associate practitioner under Mindset + Mastery Ltd. When you are certified, you carry a credential that means something because it required something.

This is for you if

You hold a relevant qualification at Level 5 or above, or have equivalent evidenced experience

You have trauma-informed experience or training

You are committed to ongoing supervision and continuing professional development

You want to deliver work that genuinely improves outcomes

You can hold chronic illness and post-trauma material simultaneously

You are ready to commit to a serious and supported pathway

This is not for you if

You are looking for a quick certification to add to a list

You are not prepared to commit to the full five-stage pathway

You want to adapt or modify the methodology

Victoria brings deep expertise in trauma, the nervous system, safeguarding, and psychological safety. She has sat in rooms with women who have survived things most people cannot imagine and built a framework designed to hold that material safely. Victoria leads the training content across the certification pathway and holds programme supervision for all practitioners.

Stephanie Brown

Stephanie brings HR, employment systems, coaching, and chronic illness expertise. She understands the employment landscape these women are navigating and what it takes to build a pathway that works with their realities rather than against them. Stephanie leads the employment architecture content and holds the energy management and benefits specialist material across the programme.
